Scott D. Rodgville, CPA, CGMA

Executive Managing Director

Scott Rodgville is Gorfine, Schiller & Gardyn’s Executive Managing Director and a senior leader of the firm’s Accounting & Auditing practice. With more than 25 years in public accounting and over two decades at GSG, Scott advises not-for-profit organizations, real estate entities, labor unions, employee benefit plans (including 401(k) profit-sharing plans), and a range of commercial clients.

Known for a practical, client-first approach, Scott helps organizations strengthen internal controls, improve operating efficiency, and meet evolving financial reporting requirements. He also plays a central role in GSG’s growth strategy—cultivating client relationships, mentoring teams, and representing the firm across the Baltimore–Washington region through speaking and community engagement.

Scott has been recognized as a SmartCPA (2011, 2012, 2015) and one of Maryland’s Top 40 Accountants (2006) by SmartCEO Magazine. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from Towson University and an M.S. in Taxation from the University of Baltimore, and has been a licensed CPA since 1998.

Civically, Scott serves on the Board of Directors and is a former Chair of BrightFocus Foundation (formerly the American Health Assistance Foundation), which funds research and education related to Alzheimer’s disease, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. He also serves on the Finance Committee of Paul’s Place, an outreach center supporting communities in southwest Baltimore.
